guess he'll need a haircut

at church on sunday, the pastor asked every man and woman
who has served our country to stand up so that we could thank them.
ross later told me that this thought crossed his mind at that moment:
"wow, i could be one of those people standing up someday."

well, it finally happened.

neither one of us ever saw the military as being a big part in our lives,
but after months of thought, investigation and prayer,
my amazing, talented, hardworking, handsome husband
joined the United States Air Force
to someday become an Air Force doc.

new adventures, here we come.
