i've heard about the glories of homemade marshmallows
for a couple of years now, but was too intimidated to try...
which was totally silly because they were pretty simple!
{albeit sticky!}
the best part: they are made with inexpensive ingredients,
most of which most people already have at home.
sooo good in hot chocolate.
